Wonderware (Intouch) Printing Portrait only, no Landscape

I have a program, Wonderware (Intouch), where I want to print graphics is landscape.  But, can not get pdfcreator to  print in landscape.  I have everything set in preference for landscape, but it will not print in landscape. 

 

Has anyone had this problem?

I'm having a similar problem in Visio 2003 when printing to Ledger size paper in landscape or portrait mode it always prints in portrait mode.
