Help!? PDF creator cuts off the second consecutive (landscape orientation) 11x17 page. It chops it into a landscape 8.5x11. It's not reduced but cut off. The word doc is 25 pgs, starting as 8.5x11 portrait, and has two 11x17 pages in the middle. The first 11x17 PDFs correctly. I'm using PDF Creator 1-2-3 on a 64 bit Windows 7 machine with Word 2010.
