I have an epson WF large format printer, and ever since upgrading I can no longer print on a full page (12x18)
My printer setting is 12x18, (it is using the correct paper/tray)
Under PDFarchitect / print / more features / paper size , it is set to 12x18
But at the top left of the screen it always says "Print 8.27x11.69"
and only prints that much on the 12x18 paper/

I am having the same problem. I plot pdf documents to a Canon plotter for 24" x 36" plots. The program since recently upgrading will now only print 8.27 x 11.69 size on my plotter. Makes PDF Architect worthless. There is no way to contact support to fix this.

I'll post if I figure anything out, but at this point I'm totally disappointed in support and likely switching to another software like pdf-Xchange
I've had problems with this software before when they upgrade. Sometimes they respond.
