Activate license Architect 6

Hi, i've activated 1 license of Architect 6, and i can use it on 3 PC (3 account). But it's impossible to activate it, every time the software give me an errore to activate

What's wrong?

could a firewall on your machine be blocking PDF Architect from accessing the internet?
