Cannot Search PDF created from pdf creator

Hi,

We have a user who is printing a large 250+ page document from google chrome. For some reason after priting to pdf the document is not searchable and we are unable to highlight any text within the document. Any ideas why just this large document behaves this way?

Hi,

yes because Chrome prints text as shapes and doesn’t send real text to the printer.
Using a different browser for printing can solve the problem.
