I’m using Windows 10 and when I open a PDF with a password with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and try to print to PDFCreater print driver (Ver. 2.3) it fails. I get an error message: “PDFCreator was not able to convert the document, because an error occurred: Internal Ghostscript error”
I can print PDFs without passwords all day long.
