I realize there was another post on this but it says to uninstall reboot and reinstall . I uninstalled and rebooted and reinstalled --still getting the same message

Hopefully, you are able to install it using the MSI package. Uninstall PDF Architect first of all. Restart machine.
Please download it from here (276 Mbyte): http://download.pdfforge.org/go/pdfarchitect5/business/pdfarchitect5-gpo.zip
- Unzip file ‘pdfarchitect5-gpo.zip’
- Go to folder and select between x64 (if your PC is running 64-bit Windows) or x86 (32-bit)
- Start with double-click on file ‘pdf-architect5-startup-5.0.22.32126-x64’
- Continue will all other files (in any order you like)
- After installation has been completed start PDF Architect go to Help > License information and enter your license key
Please let me know if you were able to install PDF Architect 5.
