Downloading Additional Files Failed - Connection to Server was reset 2.3.2

When installing PDF Creator - During the Downloading additional files phase Total progress will reach 1.49MB downloaded and then fail on component “op.exe”

I receive an error message “The connection to the server was reset - Download Failed”

This persists through a DNS flush, and running as admin.

Hi,

thanks for letting us know. You can proceed with the install without the OP.exe, it is only responsible for displaying an offer screen during the setup, clicking next should let you continue.
