Error Message When trying to open PDF Arch 3.0

Critical Error

“Failed to check launch permissions:fail to register “PDF Architect 3-MDI-APP” application shared kernel objects. The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it”

I have a paid version 3 and one other module

First use after windows update is only thing i can think of that occurred since last use.

Tried to reinstall from original install .exe but failed.

Can no longer open .pdf files…Help pls

I didn’t un-install before trying to re-install so will try that next

Hi,

there is a “repair” option if you go to the “programs and features” section of the Windows control panel and select the PDF Architect entry from the list, have you tried that yet?
