We are getting this error "gswin32c.exe has stopped working" intermittently when printing w/Autosave. PDFCreator 2.4, Win7 SP1.

if you only get it for PDF input, it is probably caused by the “FastWebView” parameter which PDFCreator 2.4 sets to true when calling Ghostscript. This is meant to linearize PDF for faster display on the web (the PDF can be displayed before it has finished downloading) but seems to crash Ghostscript for specific input. Updating to PDFCreator 2.5.2 should solve the issue. If you can’t currently update, you can also set FastWebView to false in the registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\pdfforge\PDFCreator\Settings\ConversionProfiles\n\PdfSettings.
