Help me out here!
what's the problem to install with msi file.
I can't complete the installation.

Hi,

there shouldn't be any problem installing the MSI. Did you previously have a different version of PDFCreator on your machine, which was still installed with a .exe installer? If yes, it might be required to manually remove this before running the MSI. If this doesn't seem to be the cause, please let us know and we will try to help.
