How can I view multiple pdf files at once, in different views, not stacked in different tabs? I need one on my laptop screen and two others in my extended display.

I think you can only change the general setting for this, which is located in the PDF Architect options-> Documents section.
Changing this to “Single” will instruct PDF Architect to open any new documents in new windows instead of a new tabs.
