Hi,

There is no PDFCreator version 4. Do you by accident try to activate PDF Architect 4 with a license for PDFCreator?
This won’t work, as those two use different license models and are seperate products.

I have a license for PDF Architect 4 Pro. That is what I was trying to reinstall
