I work in an organization and on some computers we have installation problem in version 2.5.1. I can’t install the software.
A window with the following information appears:
Please, first restart your system to proceed with the installation.
Does anyone know how to help me solve this problem?

Hi,
under unknown conditions an entry is leftover in the registry which causes this behavior, deleting it manually will allow to complete the setup. The entry is called “PDFCreatorRestart” in HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce or for x86 machines HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
Sorry for the trouble, it doesn’t usually happen but we couldn’t yet find out what causes this.
