Need Help using Forms Module

I created a PDF form using Architect 4. I want to post this form on our website so stakeholders can fill it in online and email back. I inserted an “email” button on the form.

When I tested it out as a test user, I was unable to fill out the form and the email button did not work.

Help soon would be greatly appreciated!
