Need Help: With Drop Down (Right Click on File) "Covert file" option missing

When I right-click on a PDF, I am supposed to have an option in the drop down menu to “Convert with PDFCreator” but I don’t.

Can anyone help with this issue?

Using PDFCreator setup 3.0.2
OS: Windows 10
64bit

Hi,

the “Convert with PDFCreator” entry only shows up if PDFCreator is able to detect a command for printing the file to the PDFCreator printer in the Windows registry. Sometimes it can be enough to change the default application for the file type.
Do you see the entry, if you right click onto a .txt file?
