OpenCandy hasn't been included inside the PDFCreator setup for several years, the link you posted can't be related to the latest version or anything close to it.

We have been in contact with BKAV but since they claim to not detect anything in our setup files, there isn't much we can do about it. It is a false alert, as you can see all other products coorectly identify the setup as safe.
