Ocr font and recognition

Hello,

I have been having trouble using the OCR feature on pdf documents i have been trying to change. Whenever I apply the OCR feature to a pdf document it alters the font of the text on the pdf document I am editing. Is it possible to replicate the exact font of the text on a pdf document? or is this a limitation of the program?

any help would be much appreciated.

Hi,

it the Font on the document a common font which is installed on your machine?
I am not sure if the OCR module can detect (all) different fonts in general.
