PDFCreator errors 75 and 52

I've been using PDFCreator for years without any problem.

However, last time I used it, I received error number 75:

If I bypass it, I receive error 52:

At last, I get save the PDF file, but the file remain blocked in the PDFCreator spooler and tried to be printed again and again.

I've solved the problem enabling "Run as user" in the port configuration of the PDFCreator printer, but I'm intrigued about the source of the problem (as I think that default configuration of this paramether is dissabled).

Someone has any suggestion about it?

I'm having the same problem and it is frustrating me.

One thing I see is a window with the queue listed--and every time I try to print, it gets longer.  I cannot seem to delete the "waiting" documents.

HELP!

Note--I'm running under Windows XP.

UPDATE!

Found elsewhere in this forum a solution that (for me) works so far:

Using regedit.exe, drill down the left-hand screen thus:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER

   Software

      PDFCreator

         Program

Then:

Double-click on PrinterTemppath in the right-hand screen.

In the edit box, change PDFCreator\\ to C:\\\\

Problem solved.

Was a problem of permissions for acceeding the folder that contains de PDF Creator spool.

I've done this for the user i'm working on but still get the error.  I'm wondering if it's having issues with our profile redirection to "D:\\Users..." instead of c:\\users as the old "docs and settings" folder points to c:\\users...

 

The user i'm working with has full admin rights, i've tried running it as admin, no luck, but if I "Run as another user" then it works.

 

any ideas?  Unfortunately I can't do anything about the profile redirection as this is how our image is setup.

Would you please what folder is that?

Is it the installation folder i.e. "C:\\Program Files\\PDFCreator"?

I'm having this same problem with windows 7

It is the permission of
C:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Temp\PdfCreator
and
C:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Temp\PdfCreator\Spool
If you look into its Property-Security, you will see that nobody has any permission of these folders.
Grant “Full Control” to Administrators, System, and yourself,
problem solved.
