PDFCreator printing stay in spool with message 'Waiting'

Hi!

In my Terminal Server i have the problem with all users… When i choice the printer ‘PDFCreator’, opening the box of the PDFCreator (with the save button). I click in ‘Save’ button but sometimes don’t appear the save box of the ‘Windows’. So i need try again to work.
Sometimes i need try several times to work.
My oldest attempts to print remain in PDFCreator spool.

Someone has solution to this?

To install in a Terminal Server… I need buy one license for each server?

yes you will need 1 license for each server, but each server can have an unlimited amount of users.
