[PDFCreator Server] Saving in network share doesn't work

When creating a queue in a network share, my PDF file isn’t store.
How can i do ?

Hi,

most likely the service is still running under an account which doesn’t have write permissions to the output network folder, please check the configaration in Windows services and assign a different user to run the service if needed.
