Print large Format - longer than 500 inches - for plotters

We are needing to print large jobs to our HP DesignJet 500 and T7100 plotters. Most jobs are 42" x 500"(or longer)I have tried to use the Postscript Custom size but that limit is 200". Is there a way to add a custom size longer than 500"?

I am afraid any Postscript limitations will also apply to PDFCreator, so I am not aware of any way of working around this.

I am looking for a non-postscript way to print longer than 500". Is that possible?

I am afraid PDFCreator only supports Postscript, but I assume there generally has to be some way to print longer documents (PCL?)
