Print PDF from outlook

Hello,
I’m trying to print some messages from outlook inbox to PDF.
I want to have the subject of the message has file name of the new PDF file.
However when i try to do it the file name is always TITLE_1.pdf, TITLE_2.pdf and so on.

How can i change it?

Hi,

if Outlook doesn’t send the subject of the message to the printer, it can only be done by manually naming each of the documents. If you are using PDFCreator default settings and the subject isn’t included anywhere in the filename, it almost certainly doesn’t get sent to the printer by Outlook.
