[Request]Use *.tmp extension before the PDF file finished

Hi,
Please use *.tmp extension before the PDF file finished, which is very useful for other processes to parse the pdf file contents and avoid access conflicts with another process. Once its writing finished, then rename it to *.pdf finally.

Hi,

PDFCreator uses Ghostscript to convert Postscript to PDF and will create the PDF in a temporary folder before moving it to its final output destination, I am not sure if using a .tmp extension is very useful here; but we will discuss this in our team and let you know the result.
