Signing PDF's with Electronic Signature Pad

I have a Topaz Electronic Signature Pad and need clients to be able to sign PDF’s. When I highlight the area that needs to be signed (like in this video: https://my.adobeconnect.com/p52397284/), a stamp with a chain of random numbers and letters is embedded in the document. I’ve been going to Secure and Sign > Sign Document, and don’t see any options to manually sign. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am afraid PDF Architect might not be compatible with the Topaz Electronic Signature Pad, from the video it looks like it might be desinged directly for usage in Adobe products.
Is it possible to export the picture and signature file from the device?
