"unexpected error; quitting" during installation

Hi eberybody,

I'm using PDF creator from a long time ago.

I tried to update to ver. 1.4.3, but just before finishing installation, I got the message "unexpected error; quitting"; BUT then it tells me the installation went good (??).

But when I try to launch the program I got the error message again, "unexpected error; quitting".

I re-installed PDF creator many times, but it no longer works...

What can I do?

My system is Windows 7

have you also tried redownloading the setup?

Maybe it got corrupted during download. Otherwise please post the setuplog.txt here so we can have a closer look at the problem.
