"15 days to register" notice after uninstalled pdfcreator

I uninstalled pdfcreator but I keep getting the “15 days to register” notice.  How do I get rid of it?  I emailed support but never got any reply.

Windows 8 OS.

PDFCreator from this site doesn’t have a registration.

Could you have installed similar software from a different site with the same name?

Or have you installed PDFArchitect (does that even require registration?) which is still installed?

PDF Architect does require registration, but there is no time limit or warning about it, it has to be a third party pdfcreator not related to us (didn´t get an email either, to which adress did you write it?)
