32-bit drivers on a 64-bit installation

We have installed PDFCreator on a 64-bit server, in Expert and Server mode. I selected to install the 32-bit (x86) drivers as part of the setup, but it doesn’t seem to have installed them anyway. I have to install the PDFCreator on a 64-bit server but I require the 32-bit driver for clients. I noticed other people posting on the forums about this. Is there anything we can do about it?

Hi,

please post your setuplog here, it may contain usefull additional information.

regards,

Robin

Just to confirm, where do I find the setup log file? Want to make sure I put the right one on here.

It’s alright, I got it:

Hi,

the setup had found an existing installation of 1.6.2 and therefor didn´t install any drivers.
(“Installed PDFCreator version: 1.6.2
Installed PDFCreator version is lower 1.5.1 = false
nationCode: 244
InstallPDFCreatorPrinter = false”)
Please uninstall the PDFCreator, if possible reboot the server and try again afterwards.

regards,

Robin
