Hope someone can help me. In the last versions I had convert, edit and create but they no longer work.
I hope I’m not expected to pay again!
Please could someone help me understand how to use the activation keys - I cannot find receiving them by email and stupidly didn’t make a note of them.

PDF Architect 2 and 3 are two separate programs. Therefore your keys will only work for PDF Architect 2.
Also an update is only for free if you purchased PDF Architect 2 after Feb 18th (30 days or less prior to the release of PDF Architect 3). If this is the case, please send us your purchase confirmation as well as your license key and we will give you the update for free.
If you lost your activation keys for PDF Architect 2, you can use the site of our payment processor upclick http://upclk.com/index.aspx?id= to search for the mails you got at the purchase.
If that does not work, please contact their support to gain access to your license keys again. This is necessary because I have no access to your data due to security/privacy reasons.
