Automate Profile and Printer creation

It seems the question was asked before, but couldn't find a solution for it. So let me ask it again.

With the PDFCreater user interface I create a Batch profile, assign where to save PDF files, and other settings. Then I create my PDFCreator Batch printer and assign the Batch profile to it.

I would like to perform this work automatically with a script. Is it possible?
