Automated email - setting tokens

I am looking for a way to automate create of emails with PDF docs.   Is there a way to create an email and pass an address, subject and message?

Otherwise, I have created a spreadsheet that creates automated print files.   Is there a way to name the pdf files using my own name.   I noticed that there is something called REDMON tokens.   Can these tokens be set by the user and if so how does one to that prior to printing?

I dont know about redmon tokens, but if you cant get it running the way you like you can use the option "action after saving" and send the mail out manually the way you like it (unique body and subject per person).
