AutoSave does not save until PDFcreate is opened by user

We have installed PDFcreator (latest 0.9) on a Windows XP virtual machine which shall serve as an archive. So at installation we clicked "install as network printer", and enabled "autosave".

Actually we can print from both, a client and the local "server's" console, but nothing will get saved on disk! But when we open the PDFcreator queue viewer, all PDFs immediately get saved.

This is weird!

For what do we need a "AutoSave" option, when it actually does not save but waits until we open the console?

Is that a bug? Did we forget to modify something?

Thanks!

Markus

Anybody ever had this problem and solved it?

Does it work, if you print from the virtual machine and not from another client?

I'm also having this problem.... We don't keep our print server logged in so don't have PDF creator up on the screen....

Documents just build up in the queue until you log in and oped PDF creator
