Bad print at first page

This is picture of firt page of my print. Always does this but only first page. Other pages are OK. Dont know why. Please help me. Thank you.

Hi,

which version of PDFCreator are you using?
Which application are you printing from?
Does it also happen when you print from notepad.exe and have you tried to print it out on a hardware printer?
Sorry, no answer yet but lots of questions as we haven’t seen this before and I don’t really know what could be causing it.

I am also having this problem creating a one page PDF document from Excel. The document appears ok on screen, but when printed on a HP Laserjet Pro 500 Color printer, the black smudge lines appear. If I create the PDF using Microsoft Print to PDF, I do not get the problem.
