Bookmarks become unfunctional after saving file from Acrobat Reader

Hello
I'm having some trouble with bookmark actions from PDF Architect 6. First I add some bookmarks with their respective action (to go to specific page). I save the file and then open it with Acrobat Reader DC. There I add and edit some notes and then save the file. When I open it again with any given program, Architect's bookmarks loose their action. How can I solve this problem?
