Bug: Fails printing tax form from MSIE "ERROR: Undefined / OFFENDING COMMAND: eexec

Using MSIE 8 on Windows 7 to print tax form: 
http://www.state.hi.us/tax/2008/g45_f.pdf

Result is 2 pages generated,
-blank first page, and
-only the following errors on second page:

 ERROR:

undefined

OFFENDING COMMAND:

eexec

STACK:

/

quit

-dictionary-

-mark-

 

It would be good to be able to print at least government tax forms. 

The tax form is a web-form pdf file.

I have a the same issue where certain PDF documents do the same to me and was wondering if you managed to resolve this issue?
