Can not create any other file type than ".prn" file format. Options for other file types do not appe

None of the ways to create .PDFs work (Print, Drag and Drop to Print Monitor, or Add). The only output options in the Save As dialog box drop down menu is ".prn" format. Once created the .prn files do not open as PDFs.

Version 1.3.2 on hard networked Windows XP desktop.

Hi,

 

the .prn extension usually shows up if you have set "print to file" somewhere. Try printing from any application manually and make sure that the "print to file" checkbox is disabled.
