Cannot uninstall - error 1603

Cannot uninstall PDF Architect 4, this is weird.
Getting a 1603 error upon uninstalling (was at: main module: x64)
Even tried the Architect Remover found at: redeuro1 (dot) lulusoft (dot) com/pub/pdfarchitect4/removal/

What can I do?!

Windows 7 amd64
