Can't Activate My PDF Architect Pro

I recently renewed my PDF Architect Pro account. When I try to use the program, it asks me to activate the account. When I try to do this, it takes me to the screen to purchase/renew my account. Is there something I've missed, or wasn't sent when I renewed? Don't understand why I'm having this problem.

are you able to login (using the same email used during the purchase) and get info on the currently activated products as described in https://support.pdfarchitect.org/hc/en-us/articles/360022312432-How-to-switch-the-active-product-for-PDF-Architect-on-my-device ?
If this doesn't help, you can also contact support directly through the "Chat now" button on the linked site (might need to ask to talk to an actual person, if AI responses don't help).

Hi Robin.

I ended up calling support and they weren't able to help me. They actually gave up and told me someone would contact me in a few days, but they never did. A few days after I called, I got an email saying they had refunded the cost of the PDF Architect and closed my account. Wasn't what I wanted, but oh well. I've decided to search for another similar program with someone else.
