I recently renewed my PDF Architect Pro account. When I try to use the program, it asks me to activate the account. When I try to do this, it takes me to the screen to purchase/renew my account. Is there something I've missed, or wasn't sent when I renewed? Don't understand why I'm having this problem.
I ended up calling support and they weren't able to help me. They actually gave up and told me someone would contact me in a few days, but they never did. A few days after I called, I got an email saying they had refunded the cost of the PDF Architect and closed my account. Wasn't what I wanted, but oh well. I've decided to search for another similar program with someone else.
