Everytime I open Word the PDF Architect 6 toolbar appears in a separate line that takes too much place for me. I can delete it or put together on another toolbar line. But unfortunately every time I open Word again, the PDF Architect 6 toolbar appears again and on a separate line! How could I fix it this?
This problem appears only with the PDFArchitect 6 and with no other toolbar, even my previous PDF Architect version (3)

Try this in word:
Go to File > Options > Add-ins > At the bottom make sure Com Add-ins is select and hit Go… > Deselect PDF Architect 6 Plugin and hit OK.

Thanks but I tried that before and it doesn’t work. The toolbar PDF Architect 6 is then deleted but it is again there every time Word is launched!

I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue over here, however you can always delete the plugin from the PDF Architect folder: C:\Program Files\PDF Architect 6\creator\plugins\OfficeAddin
Make sure to deactivate it beforehand, so Word doesn’t miss it.
