I am in a browser and when I open a pdf architect opens. I then from Architect save PDF’s in a folder I created on the desktop. When I go to look for the files through windows explorer, or even the command window I cannot find them. When I go to save new files via architect they are in architects save as window, I can even right click and open them from the save as window and open and view them, BUT NOT FROM EXPLORER, When I copy the folder they are not there, If I look at properties of the files in the architect save as windows they all have the path to that folder. I am logged in as administrator, when creating and when trying to find the files.!!!

are you using Internet Explorer with “protected mode” activated? This would lead to the creation of a virtual folder structure under "C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\Virtualized\C\Users\username\Desktop\
disabling the protected mode or using a different browser should solve the problem, I also created a ticket for our developers to see if there is something we can do from our end.
