Cant open PDFCreator poging 2

We have the PDFCreator Terminal Server 3.5.1 installed.
When we open the program its working fine, but when we try to convert a file, the converter screen wont open as a normal user. When we try it with admin accounts its working fine.

I see the program running as admin from: /INFODATAFILE="C:\Users\TEMP\AppData\Local\Temp\PDFCreator\Spool\7-10050C75COA443C18DEAEC64463E17F7.inf" but it doesn't seem to open the infodatafiles from a normal user.

Where should the users have access to, to make it work.

Users will need to have read&write permissions for their own %TEMP% and %APPDATA% folders.

Hello,

Our system administrator checked the following and the problem still occurs.

  1. License is active and works.
  2. TEMP and %APPDATA% permissions checked and are configured as you told us.

Should the users have acces to any more directories or is there anything else we need to check?
