Can't rename or delete files

With the latest update to PDF Architect 6, I cannot delete or rename files if the 'preview pane' tab is open in windows explorer. Do this always have to be turned off to amend files as this is a useful feature normally in windows explorer

I think this was previously working, but am part of the PDFCreator team so I am not 100% sure.
