Can't right-click Excel sheets and "Create PDF and bitmap files"

Using OpenOffice for Novell 3.2.1, when I right-click on a spreadsheet and select "Create PDF and bitmap files with PDFCreator" nothing happens.

PDFCreator 1.2.0 on windows xp.

In Windows Task Manager, I can see PDFCreator.exe and soffice.bin start up and then close, but nothing else happens. Is this known?
