Hi,
I have problems with PDF Architect PRO
Technical information:
the software has been installed on a machine with these features: Intel i3, 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD and Windows 7 Pro x64 SP1 updated 01/13/2014. The PC is part of the Active Directoy domain. Antivirus Nod32 EndPoint updated at 15/01/2014.
Installed and activated with a license, the software gets the job done and it works perfectly well as a domain user.
The problem occurs the next day, I get a critical error message and then closes without giving me an error code. If I uninstall and reinstall the PDF Architect, automatically recognize the license, but without naming the PRO and the software continues to run.
In the Windows Event Viewer does not report anything that can help me and I am sure that both PDF Architect is to compatible with Windows 7 PRO x64 PS1 and whether a domain user can use it.
How can I fix this?
Thanks !!
Hi,
please try the following steps :
1. Authorize in Windows account as administrator.
2. Check if the Windows Automated updates function is enabled and all the updates are installed. Ensure that there is no msiexec.exe process in the list of running processes. If it is on the list restart OS.
3. Close all the windows and applications.
4. Uninstall PDF Architect
5. Install PDF Architect again. At the last step of installation uncheck the option "Run application"
6. Go to Start -> Run-> services.msc /s
7. Make sure that services “PDF Architect Helper Service” and “PDF Architect Service” are started. If not then start them.
8. Run PDF Architect.
regards,
Robin
