Critical error

I have been trying to open PDF Architect 2, but I keep receiving this error message:

'Failed to check launch permissions: fail to register "PDF Architect 2 - MDI-APP" application shared kernel objects. The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.'
I have tried reinstalling, but that makes no difference. How can I get PDF Architect going again, please?

do you have the terminal server version/are you trying to run it on a terminal server?
What is the filename of your setup?

I have the same problem on the latest version.
I have windows 10 pro client installed.
