DefaultSaveLocationForPDFArchitect

When I download and install PDFCreator, it puts a printer in the devices and Printers section of my Control panel named PDF Architect. 

It used to install a printer named PDFCreator, has that been discontinued?

Anyhow, when I want to convert a document to a PDF, I do a File Print and select PDFArchitect from the list of printers and select OK.

A Dialog box pops up asking me to name the file with a default save location of

 C:\\My Documents\\PDF Architect Files

How can I change this Default location?

PDFCreator and PDF Architect are two seperate products, if you only have a PDF Architect printer after the setup, it means something went wrong and it failed to create the PDFCreator printer. Alos, PDF Architect 1 is quite an old version, the current one is PDF Architect 4.
I am not sure if PDF Architect 1 already has this setting, but in current versions the default save location can be configured under help->options->general.
If you’d like to get PDFCreator to install properly, please send us your setuplog.txt (from the main PDFCreator folder) to support(at)pdfforge(dot)org.

Yes I Uninstalled, and Reinstalled, and PDFCreator came back.
The Planets are all back in alignment :slight_smile:
