Disabling "local save" option when creating a PDF file

Greetings all,

Since I was getting no help in the help forum, I figured I try and post my question here....

In Adobe PDF parlance, there is an option when creating a file to NOT allow "other people" to save that PDF file that they are looking at ("Save a copy" under the File submenu in Adobe Reader).  I believe it's call "local save" option.

How do I get PDFCreator to disable the ability of other people to "save a copy"?

I'm wanting to email link(s) to copyrighted patterns (which I own of course) in PDF format which the buyer would be able to open, read, and print, but not be able to save it to their local HD.  Obviously, they could probably get around it by just downloading PDFCreator and using it to save a copy to disk, but most of my customers probably won't be that computer savey (read, older generation).

Any help on this is appreciated...
