Display of Hatching (graphics) in PDF

I'm currently using FreeHand (vector graphics programme).

I can export as PDF file from FreeHand but it's not very sophisticated especially with fonts - the whole font is included which makes for very large files.

The files have a hatch fill in them - here's an example PDF screenshot - file made by Freehand (@125% - looks good)

PDFCreator produces very lean files, they are technically good, but for some reason they dont look good in Adobe Acrobat at lower zoom (also @ 125% - hatch looks very uneven, jagged)

When I zoom into the PDFCreator-PDF, it looks perfect - so I think this is just a display issue - if I was going to press, I dont believe this would be a problem, but that's not the case here. (I trying to get a sample of my work together for display.)

Any tips? Is there any settings I could change? I'm using pre-press, 400dpi - I tried 600dpi but it didnt make any difference - I cant see any other settings that would influence this....

Um es vorweg zu nehmen. Im Augenblick fällt mir dazu keine passende Lösung ein. Die verschiedenen Linienbreiten werden anscheinend unterschiedlich interpretiert. D.h. der Export aus Freehand macht etwas anderes mit den Linien als der Druck. Der Adobe Reader hat bei bestimmten Linienbreiten jedoch Anzeigeprobleme die sich durch den Zoom beseitigen lassen. Du könntest höchstens etwas mit der Linienbreite im Original experimentieren. Etwas anderes fällt mir dazu im Augenblick nicht ein.

ich habe auch ein Paar andere PDF programme probiert - JAWs und seine Nachfolger "gDoc" haben auch das gleiche Problem.

Andere konnen das hatch - aber die haben richtig große Probleme mit andere Aspekten vom Graphics.

Ich bin Neugerig wie Erfolgreich Acrobat wäre, aber ich habe kein 400 euro um das zu testen ;-)
