Does the OCR module allow for manual correction

I was wondering if the OCR module allow for checking the OCR'd text ?
The program I currently am using has that function but I am looking for an alternative.

Hi,

you can fully edit the OCR'd text with the edit module, which is a requirement for the OCR module (you can't purchase OCR without edit).

I understand that you can edit the text but I meant more checking the OCR'd text for "I am not sure what this is" characters. I think the correct term is a suspect.

Hi,

I am not sure if I understand you correctly. It will not highlight characters which might not have been detected properly, it will just use what it "thinks" is correct and you can only manually check if everything is actually as intended (by reading the text).
