Error activation

Hello
We have bought more than 20 licenses for a client, but one of the computers has given us problems and we have had to format the hard disk.
Now it does not let us activate the license because it says that it has already been activated.
Please, can you solve it for me?

please send me your license key as private message or mail it to support(at)pdfforge.org, we will update the license information accordingly so you can use the key to activate the machine again.
